Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and available shipping options.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Please note that shipping and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. PrayDough™ is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

For carrier-related issues, we may need to work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
